THE DATA IS PUBLISHED ANNUALLY FOR USE BY ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' TRAINING AND TO MAKE AVAILABLE THE MOST EFFECTIVE EQUIPMENT.
