Abstract: TITLE 5, U.S.C., SECTION 8337(D) STATES THAT A DISABILITY ANNUITANT IS RESTORED TO EARNING CAPACITY IF CURRENT INCOME EXCEEDS 80% OF THE CURRENT RATE OF PAY OF THE POSITION OCCUPIED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE RETIREMENT. THE FORM REMINDS ANNUITANTS ANNUITANTS TO REPORT THEIR INCOME TO OPM ANNUALLY, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. IT IS ALSO A MEANS FOR THEM TO COMPLY.
