Abstract: THE REPORT FORM IS USED BY PRIVATE ATTORNEYS ON BEHALF OF THE CHARGING PARTIES TO REQUEST TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE ABAR LITIGATION SUPPORT CENTERS ON TITLE VII ACTIONS. THE DATA WILL ASSIST EEOC IN MAKING A MEANINGFUL EVALUATION ABOUT THE FUTURE OF PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PRIVATE BAR AND TO THE CHARGING PARTIES.
