Abstract: JOB CORPS CENTERS NORMALLY RECEIVE NEW STUDENTS EVERY WEEK. CENTERS PROVIDE AN ON-BOARD COUNT TO JOB CORPS REGIONAL OFFICES EACH WEEK VIA TWX, THEREBY PROVIDING THE REGIONAL OFFICE WITH THE DATA NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF NEW STUDENTS TO BE ASSIGNED TO THE CENTER FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. IN ASSISTING INDOCHINESE REFUGEE STUDENTS, HOWEVER, REGIONAL OFFICES MUST CONSIDER THE NATIVE LANGUAGE OF THE STUDENTS
