IMPACT OF USES LABOR EXCHANGE ACTIVITIES ON ES APPLICANTS BY
TRACKING APPLICANTS GETTING JOB REFERRAL ASSISTANCE AND COMPARABLE
APPLICANTS NOT GETTING SUCH ASSISTANCE TO DETERMINE WHETHER THOSE
REFERRED TO JOBS BY ES HAVE MEASURABLE REDUCTION IN UNEMPLOYMENT,
GAINS IN EARNINGS, AND OTHER "BENEFITS" AS A RESULT OF SUCH
ASSISTANCE. THE PROJECT ALSO SEEKS TO DETERMINE THE NATURE AND
EXTENT OF MEASURABLE BENEFITS TO EMPLOYER
