Abstract: THE TAYLOR GRAZING ACT OF 1934, THE FLPMA OF 1976 AND THE PUBLIC RANGELANDS IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1978 PROVIDES FOR PERMITS AND LEASES FOR GRAZING USE OF THE PUBLIC RANGELANDS. THIS FORM IS USED TO ALLOCATE GRAZING USE, ADJUDICATE CONFLICTING REQUESTS FOR GRAZING USE, DETERMINE THAT APPLICATIONS MEET LEGAL QUALIFICATIONS. THIS FORM IS NOW OMB NO: 42-R1800.
