Abstract: P.L. 93-383, SEC. 810(E) MANDATES A REPORT FROM HUD TO CONGRESS ON THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE URBAN HOMESTEADING PROGRAM. HUD THEREFORE REQUIRES THIS QUARTERLY REPORT BOTH TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS AND FOR HUD INTERNAL MANAGEMENT REPORTING.
