Abstract: THE CERTIFICATION OF HUNTING AND FISHING LICINSE HOLDERS, IMPLEMENTED BY FORMS 3-154A AND B, IS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL AID IN WILDLIFE RESTORATION ACT AND THE FEDERAL AID IN FISH RESTORATION ACT. THE APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDS RECEIVED FROM EXCISE TAX COLLECTIONS, PURSUANT TO THE ACT CITED ABOVE, ARE BASED PARTIALLY ON THE NUMBER OF FISHING AND HUNTING LICENSE HOLDERS REPORTED EACH YEAR.
