Abstract: TO PROVIDE DATA NECESSARY FOR DOE TO PUBLISH FUEL OIL PRICE CEILINGS WHICH FERC WILL USE TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF INCREASED NATURAL GAS COSTS THAT CAN BE PASSED ON TO LARGE INDUSTRIAL GAS USERS. THE ULTIMATE COST MAY NOT EXCEED THE COST OF THE ALTERNATIVE FUEL OIL.
