Abstract: THESE PROGRAM REPORTING AND MONITORING SYSTEM REPORTS ARE USED BY HUD'S RESEARCH CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE A BASE LINE PLAN FOR THEIR RESEARCH PROJECTS, AND THEN TO PROVIDE PROGRESS REPORTS COMPARING ACTUAL PROGRESS AGAINST PLANNED PROGRESS. THE INFORMATION ASSISTS GTR'S IN THE OVERSIGHT AND GUIDANCE OF SUCH PROJECTS. THE CURRENT SYSTEM WILL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND REVISION DURING THE COMING YEAR TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OMB SYNTAXING PROJECT FOR REPORTIN
