Abstract: SENATE BILL S. 3202 REQUIRES NSF TO DISSEMINATE ALL SUBSTANTIVE TECHNICAL REPORTS THROUGH THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL INFORMATION SERVICE. THIS DISSEMINATION IS AS A RESULT OF THE INFORMATION TAKEN FROM THE FINAL PROJECT REPORT FORM. FINAL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED OF ALL NSF GRANTEES. EVEN THOUGH THE REPORT IS NOT MANDATORY BY STATUTE, IT IS CONSIDERED "REQUIRED TO OBTAIN BENEFITS."
