Abstract: DSP-10 IS USED TO HELP ESTABLISH THE IDENTITY OF A PASSPORT APPLICANT WHO HAS NOT SUBMITTED ADEQUATE EVIDENCE WITH HIS APPLICATION. IT IS ALSO USED IN SUSPECTED FRAUD CASES IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE FRAUD QUESTION.
