Abstract: DATA ARE NEEDED FOR THE ANNUAL PUBLIC FINANCE PUBLICATION PROGRAM OF THE BUREAU AND FOR PURPOSES OF ANALYZING EXPENDITURES OF GRS FUNDS. ADDITIONALLY, TAX AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL REVENUES DATA ON FORM RS-9E ARE USED IN CALCULATING GENERAL REVENUE SHARING ENTILTEMENTS ($6.8 BILLION DISTRIBUTION IN FY 1980).
