DESTINATIONS FOR WHICH EXPORT CONTROLS ARE EXERCISED FOR NATIONAL
SECURITY REASONS. IT PERMITS THE OFFICE OF EXPORT ADMINISTRATION TO
MONITOR ACTUAL SHIPMENTS AND ALSO MAKES IT EASY FOR U.S. FIRMS OR
THEIR FOREIGN FACILITIES TO SERVICE EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BOTH
