LAWS. BECAUSE OF DAILY VARIATIONS IN PROCESSING, THE REPORTS ARE
USEFUL IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF MEAT INSPECTION LAWS AND ALLOW THE
INSPECTOR IN CHARGE TO PLAN THE ASSIGNMENT AND REASSIGNMNET OF
INSPECTION PERSONNEL. THE DATA FROM THIS REPORT IS ALSO USED BY THE
MEAT PACKING INDUSTRY IN PRODUCTION PLANNING. A PROPOSAL IS PENDING
