Abstract: AUTH: SEC 4 AND 5 U.S. HOUSING ACT OF 1937, AS AMENDED (PL 93-383 88 STAT 633). THIS REPORT PROVIDES HUD INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS, ESTIMATED COSTS, AVAILABILITY OF UTILITIES AND ACCESS ROADS TO THE SITE, SO THAT HUD CAN DETERMINE THAT ENVIRONMENTAL, ECONOMICAL, AND RELATED REQUIREMENTS ARE BEING MET BEFORE A HUD SITE APPROVAL IS ISSUED.
