AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES ACT (7 U.S.C. 499F) PROVIDES FOR FILING OF
COMPLAINTS CONCERNING ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF SECTION 2 OF THE ACT BY
ANY COMMISSION MERCHANT, DEALER, OR BROKER. FORM IS USED AS A GUIDE
FOR COMPLAINING PARTIES TO REPORT INFORMATION WHICH IS NECESSARY TO
DETERMINE IF THERE WAS AN APPARENT CAUSE OF ACTION UNDER THE
LAW.

1320.8(b)(3).
