SECTION 9 OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT
ACT REQUIRES RAILROAD EMPLOYERS TO SUBMIT REPORTS OF SERVICE AND
COMPENSATION TO THE BOARD AS NEEDED FOR ADMINISTERING THE ACT. THE
REPORT WILL OBTAIN THE CURRENT SERVICE AND COMPENSATION OF AN
EMPLOYEE NOT YET REPORTED TO THE BOARD. THE INFORMATION WILL BE
USED TO FURNISH THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION WITH REQUESTED
EARNINGS INFORMATION FOR AN APPLICANT FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE SOCIAL
SECURITY ACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIO
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
