Abstract: COTTON STANDARDS ACT (7 U.S.C. 53) PROVIDES FOR THE LICENSING OF CLASSIFIERS; AGRICULTURAL MARKETING ACT OF 1946 PROVIDES FOR THE LICENSING OF CHEMISTS OR SAMPLERS. FORM IS USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY IN PRACTICAL COTTON AND LINTER CLASSIFICATION; USED ALSO AS A RECORD OF PERTINENT INFORMATION ON PERSONS APPLYING FOR AND COMPLETING THE EXAMINATION.
